Event Operations Intern | Kreators Work

The Event Operations Intern is responsible for executing events seamlessly on the ground, ensuring that every element of the experience runs according to plan. This includes coordinating with venues, managing setup and teardown, overseeing attendee registration, and maintaining the overall flow of the event. You will work closely with the core team to ensure timelines are followed strictly and that transitions between different phases of the event are smooth and efficient. During the event, you are expected to be highly proactive, solving problems in real time, managing crowd movement, and supporting both participants and team members. Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are critical for this role. You will also assist in pre-event preparation and post-event wrap-ups, ensuring all logistics, materials, and feedback loops are properly handled.
